Simply put, our logo is the roof over our collective heads. It supports us; it unites us. A symbol of what ERA Real Estate stands for as a brand, as a company and a collaborative community of real estate professionals working together to build something we can all be proud of.
The ERA Real Estate logo reflects the essence and spirit of the ERA® brand as a company uniquely positioned for success today and in the future. A recognizable brand mark that represents stability and upward mobility. The dynamic roofline provides a sense of moving forward and upward and integrates seamlessly with the ERA name.
The ERA Real Estate and the ERA Real Estate Powered logos are used by us on corporate materials and communications; they cannot be used by you without your DBA, unless approved in writing by ERA Franchise Systems LLC. Similarly, you are not permitted to use the names ERA, ERA Real Estate, or ERA Real Estate Powered by themselves – they should always appear alongside your DBA name. You must use your approved DBA logo / DBA name in all of your business activities (e.g., on building signs, yard signs, stationery, business cards, websites, classified and display advertising, personal promotion literature and all other advertising).
Primary Logo: Full Color
The proper application of our logo is vital to ensuring its impact and legibility.
The logo should be used in full-color on a white or light background.
Secondary Color Applications
Reverse-color: When placing the logo on a dark or black background, the reverse-color
version should be used.
Grayscale & One Color: Use the grayscale version for black and white applications on a
light background. A flat black version of the logo is available for use in applications using
one color process without tint. This version must be used on a white background.
Minimum Clear Space & Size
In order to protect and maintain the impact and legibility of the ERA® Logo, the clear space
and minimum size have been established.
