The ERA Powered logo, living alongside your known local brand, represents the partnership we share; You and us, united for the betterment of each other, and the Real Estate Industry as a whole.
The inclusion of both logos help your brand retain the equity you’ve worked so hard to build, while showing an alignment with a national brand, offering consumer peace of mind… squared.
The ERA Real Estate and the ERA Real Estate Powered logos are used by us on corporate materials and communications; they cannot be used by you without your DBA, unless approved in writing by ERA Franchise Systems LLC. Similarly, you are not permitted to use the names ERA, ERA Real Estate, or ERA Real Estate Powered by themselves – they should always appear alongside your DBA name. You must use your approved DBA logo / DBA name in all of your business activities (e.g., on building signs, yard signs, stationery, business cards, websites, classified and display advertising, personal promotion literature and all other advertising).
Powered DBA Logo
With Powered, your logo is unchanged and locked up with the ERA Powered logo. Your logo will always be on the left. The ERA Powered logo will always be smaller, in grey and in the lower right corner. Logo guidelines dictate sizing, placement and color requirements for the ERA Powered logo.
If you choose POWERED LOGO OPTION, your new logo will be created according to the guidelines below:
- Font : Your Company Logo Fonts
- Color: Your Company Logo Colors
- Icons: Your Company Logo Icons
- Format: Ideally, we recommend having both a horizontal and vertical version of your logo so that your logo looks its best in many spaces, sizes and applications. If you currently have horizontal and vertical versions of your logo, we will create Powered versions of both. If you only have one version, our designers will assess whether or not the other version can be created. It may not translate to both orientations- limiting the scalability of your logo in certain applications.

- Usability: Although ERA professional designers will create your lock up, you will have the responsibility to ensure that your existing logo is scalable and readable in any application or channel, including :
- Social media graphics
- Your company and agent websites
- Marketing materials of all sizes
- Digital marketing
- Yard Signs

In accordance with the terms of the Identity Standards on ERABrandID.com and the ERA Policy & Procedures Manual, you will use a DBA logo to identify your business. All uses of the DBA logo, whether it is a Classic logo, Stylized logo, or Powered logo, must conform to the ERA Identity Standards at ERABrandID.com. ERA Franchise Systems LLC will design your logo based on the ERA Identity Standards. If your DBA logo is designed by anyone other than ERA Franchise Systems LLC, it must be sent in final form (including colors) in .eps format for approval to marketing@teamera.com, and you must receive our written approval before you begin using the DBA logo. Any new DBA logo or amendments to any existing DBA logo must also be approved by us prior to use. Please note that ERA Franchise System LLC’s approval of your DBA logo is limited only to approval for use within the terms of the ERA System, and we do not conduct, nor are we responsible for conducting, availability searches for any DBA logo. All DBA logos should be searched for availability and to ensure that the DBA logo does not infringe any third-party trademark or copyright prior to submission to us. You are solely responsible for searching, clearing and all due diligence regarding your DBA logo. Any infringement claims, litigation and/or other legal proceedings or claims arising out of the use of the DBA logo is your sole responsibility and you shall indemnify ERA Franchise Systems LLC from any such claims.
